– welcome to Waiting for Delight, a blog dedicated to discussing food and experiences from across the globe!  

Why create this blog? Well, I love food and I love sharing about food. Also, it’s hard to find good (& honest reviews) these days! I’m an avid cook and baker, but I’ve also been reviewing places for 10+ years. I’m a seasoned reviewer on GoogleMaps and am excited to share my experiences here with you all. I like to travel quite a bit, so you’ll get to see reviews from everywhere. I welcome your comments and input also on places to check-out.  I’m hoping to help build some community with this blog as well. 

As you’ll discover, my diet is vegetarian, so you’ll see quite a few posts highlighting veggie options and availability of menus to accommodate, but I will also document meat entree reviews as stated by those who I’m with!
